Once inside, the entry was clean and a personable manager came to give me a tour. She was professional and showed me how the premises were being cleaned, painted and improved..... In spite of first impressions, I would have chosen this place as my 2nd choice of the 5 available facilities locally. They seemed like they were trying very hard to turn an old, abused facility into a clean, safe place to be. Due to the lack of beds in my first choice and the poor impressions of the other 4, we opted to take the patient home. They're very good on probably everything. They're very attentive, very knowledgeable, and professional. My mom was in a shared room and then she was on antibiotics, so they had to move her into an isolated room. It's not like a big open facility; it's a lot about rehab. But they have reading, they have puzzles, they have get-together rooms, and they have TVs. There's a whole separate facility for the rehab and I haven't been back there, but it's working for my mom.

Amazingly clean with no smell what so ever, we liked the covid precautionary measures and the friendly reception everytime we are there. Staff is very helpful and saw lot of renovation going on. He had to ask to have hi bedding changed. No one would clean out the thing he went pee in. If I could give a zero star rating that's what this place deserves. This place is a disaster paint chipping off the walls, couldn't put toilet paper in the toilet or it would plug up and run over onto the floor.
